Elizabeth Shelton School Program
The Boys & Girls Club of the Lower Naugatuck Valley operates before and after school programs at Elizabeth Shelton School. This program is open to students from Elizabeth Shelton School (ESS), Booth Hill, and Mohegan schools in grades 1-4. In the morning parents are invited to drop their children off at ESS. Shelton school buses will then transport students from ESS to Mohegan and Booth Hill schools in time for the start of the school day. In the afternoon, Shelton school buses will transport Mohegan and Booth Hill students to ESS at the end of the school day. Parents pick children up at ESS at the end of the program day (by 6 pm).

The program runs from 7-9 am and 3:30-6 pm.
On regularly scheduled half days (for parent-teacher conferences, for instance), our program will open as soon as school is dismissed. When the building is closed (school vacations, delayed openings, snow days, or unscheduled early dismissals), our program will not operate. When the school is closed, members may attend our Shelton Clubhouse at One Positive Place; additional fees may apply, please see our Become a Member page. Members may also attend our Shelton Clubhouse on Saturdays from 10-4, October-April.

Staffed by adult employees of the Boys & Girls Club of the Lower Naugatuck Valley, the ESS program offers homework assistance, sports, gym games, and fun activities, including holiday parties, contests, and Homework Stars.

Register for our ESS program online by clicking the Register button below, and send a note in to school notifying them of your child's participation.
