Welcome to the Seagrass Estate in Seaside Heights, NJ! Just a few steps away from the beautiful Seaside beach and famous American Boardwalk, this home is the perfect seaside getaway for you and your family. With its modern and chic design, it boasts a cozy and comfortable atmosphere that will make you feel right at home.

The house features five bedrooms, each with its own unique style and charm that can sleep 16+ people.

The Space

This luxury coastal retreat features five bedrooms, each with its own unique style and charm. The main floor offers a bathroom shared with the living area and one bedroom with two queen beds. The second floor features the primary bedroom with its own private bath, an additional bathroom, and a bedroom with two bunk beds that can sleep four-to-six people with the pull out trundle under the bunk beds. The primary bedroom is spacious and airy, with a comfortable king-sized bed and generous windows to admit the natural light. The top floor also features a bedroom with two queen beds, a shared bathroom, and another bedroom with a king bed that walks out to the top deck with ocean and bay views. All bedrooms provide bountiful storage space for your belongings.

The living room is the heart of the home, with ample seating for everyone to relax and unwind after a fun-filled day at the beach. The flat-screen TV with cable and streaming services will let you keep up with your favorite shows and movies. The dining area is adjacent to the living room and offers seating for six people to enjoy meals together.

The kitchen is fully equppped with everything you need to whip up a delicious meal, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, air fryer, blender, and Keurig coffee maker. The breakfast bar with seating for two is perfect for enjoying morning coffee or a quick snack.

Outside you’ll find a beautiful deck, perfect for enjoying the fresh sea breeze and soaking up the sun. The backyard barbecue grill gives you the option of outdoor cooking, and a table and chairs provide space for outdoor dining.
